Instructions: After cleansing, apply toner with a cotton pad to hydrate skin and remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water.

• Sodium PCA is a powerful humectant that holds 7 times its weight in water. It moisturizes and hydrates by binding water to skin cells. 

• Bladderwrack Extract is a natural extract of Fucus vesiculosus. Bladderwrack is an effective skin conditioner due to its high mineral content. Bladderwrack has water-binding properties for the skin and supports skin suppleness. 

• Lavender Extract is a natural extract of Lavandula Angustifolia. Lavender has a number of properties as well as being a powerful antioxidant that is beneficial for the skin.
