How to use: After cleansing, apply toner with a cotton pad to hydrate skin and remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water.

• Bladderwrack Extract is a natural extract of Fucus vesiculosus. Bladderwrack is an effective skin conditioner due to its high mineral content. Bladderwrack has water-binding properties for the skin and supports skin suppleness.
